Hoist rings pivot and swivel to compensate for pitch, roll and sway when lifting unbalanced loads. Side or angular pulling forces can cause eyebolts to twist, bend or break when heavy, angular, unbalanced loads are involved. Hoist rings replace conventional eyebolts for maximum lift in a wide range variety of applications. Range of movement -- pivot 180°, swivel 360°. Tough and durable -- destructive testing by outside independent laboratories. Minimum safety factor 5:1. 100% magnetic particle inspected. Specified and used in nuclear energy equipment. Meets Military Specification N. MIL-STD 1365(11) or MIL-STD 209C. Meets OSHA standards. FOB Shipping Point.
